Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets Role

This role presents an excellent opportunity to join a leading practice in the field of corporate mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising on complex deals and working closely with clients across various sectors, including mining, infrastructure, energy, financial services, health, media, technology, and retail.

About You

You will have:

  • 3 – 7 years' experience in a similar role
  • An ability to effectively manage smaller matters and elements of larger matters
  • A willingness to participate in business development activities

  • An ability to establish a professional profile and internal networks
