Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Lawyer

You will be working on complex transactions, collaborating with senior lawyers to provide exposure to clients and decision-makers.

  • Driving public and private mergers from takeovers and schemes to carve-outs, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
  • Coordinating multi-jurisdictional due diligence on high-value, cross-border deals.
  • Leading the drafting and negotiation of share purchase agreements, underwriting and subscription agreements, shareholder arrangements, and joint venture documentation.
  • Playing a key role in deal strategy, execution, and client relationship management.
Requirements
  • 3–8 years' experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions, private equity, or ECM.
  • Training from a leading national or international firm.
  • Strong academic credentials, commercial acumen, and a client-focused approach.
  • Driven, collaborative, and ready to progress your career in a global context.
