Job Overview
  • This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in mergers and acquisitions, acting for clients on both buy and sell sides.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a range of corporate transactions including mergers & acquisitions, share sales, and business sales.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate key transaction documents such as share sale agreements, asset sale agreements, and shareholder agreements.
  • Conduct legal and due diligence processes.
  • Advise clients on corporate structuring, directors' duties, and compliance with relevant legislation.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of post-admission experience in Corporate and M&A law.
  • A proven track record of managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact for transactions.
  • Autonomy over transactions with real career progression opportunities.
