Executive Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Solicitor

We are seeking a dynamic Transaction Advisory Lawyer to lead and manage corporate transactions.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents, conducting due diligence processes, and coordinating legal requirements for mergers and acquisitions, share sales, business sales, capital raising, shareholder agreements, and other corporate activities.
As a mid-senior level lawyer, you will be responsible for advising clients on the buy and sell side in various industries, including agrichemicals, pharmaceuticals, industrials, childcare, FMCG, and professional services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing strong relationships with clients and acting as a key point of contact for transactions;
- Managing a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, share sales, and business sales;
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents;
- Conducting and coordinating legal and due diligence processes;
- Capital raising, shareholders and governance documents, share-buy backs, and other capital reductions;
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice to achieve their goals. With a focus on delivering excellent client service, you will develop a deep understanding of the client's business and industry.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. You will also have autonomy over transactions, real career progression opportunities, and the chance to supervise junior lawyers and contribute to mentoring and team development.
