**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated professional to provide support and services to individuals impacted by sexual violence. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to providing aid and advocacy in a supportive and purpose-driven environment.

This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with local agencies, building partnerships and providing holistic support to those affected by sexual assault.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide culturally responsive counselling services to individuals and families
  • Work collaboratively with local agencies to build partnerships and provide support
  • Contribute to a trauma-informed team that champions social justice and respectful relationships

**Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work, Psychology or other relevant counselling degree
  • Demonstrated cultural expertise and understanding of quality processes and evidence-based practice
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, including written and verbal communication
  • Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2)
