We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering lightweight solutions for business stakeholders using low-code products such as the Power Platform and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop workflow solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.\
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for workflow solutions and other lightweight technology projects.\
  • Develop and test automation scripts and workflows to ensure functionality, scalability, and reliability.\
  • Provide custom reporting and data visualizations using Power BI to support decision-making processes.\
  • Monitor and troubleshoot existing workflows and apps, ensuring timely resolution of any issues or bugs.\
  • Document processes, workflows, and solutions in a clear and accessible manner for future reference and knowledge sharing.\
  • Stay updated on new Power Platform features and capabilities to continuously enhance solutions.\
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and standards while developing solutions within the organization's IT framework.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and project managers, to align workflow solutions with organizational goals.\
  • Comply with all relevant safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.\
  • Plan tasks to maximize productivity and minimize risks.\
  • Report incidents promptly and take corrective action.\

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\
  • Proven experience in designing and developing workflow solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.\
  • Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to document processes and workflows clearly and concisely.\
  • Ability to stay updated on new Power Platform features and capabilities.\
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\
