Job Description

We're looking for a passionate architect who specializes in construction design and documentation to excel on Home projects. As a key member of our team, you'll lead projects from Concept Design through the Development approval, modification process, and construction documentation stages.

You'll be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and construction plans/documentation using Revit software, managing CC applications, and assisting with Construction and Occupation Certifications.

Your tasks will include creating Site Plans, General Arrangement floor plans, reflected ceiling plan, elevations, sections, wall type schedule, core, and staircase details, construction details, designing document finishes, fittings, and fixtures schedules/trade specification.

You'll also be the focal point of contacts with relevant Engineers and third-party Consultants, as well as manage key stakeholders' relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • F)ormal Architectural qualifications or similar
  • 7+ years of experience working in a Private Developer/Builder or architectural firm
  • Experience in managing end-to-end projects from DA to construction delivery
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for design and architecture
  • Ability to work across several projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ready to step up in your career with challenges
