Job Title

Overview

As a technical support specialist, you will provide hands-on IT assistance to internal employees via various channels. Your role will involve resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience with desktop and server support, hardware installation and troubleshooting, network diagnostics, and software upgrades.
  • O365 proficiency is essential for this position. Familiarity with operating systems (Windows 10, Linux) and active directory management is also required.
  • Desktop and server setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting, including experience with laptops, desktops, and monitors.
  • Limited-Service Desk experience (1 year) in IT Service Desk, Help Desk, IT Support Analyst, or Technical Support roles.
Technical Skills
  • Proven experience in technical support environments performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution.
  • Hardware diagnostic skills and experience building/upgrading PCs.
  • Network troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, root cause analysis, and experience with physical and virtual environments.
  • Supporting corporate Windows and Linux environments, including O365 requirements.
