Casual Support Specialist

About the Role:
This is a casual opportunity to make a positive and meaningful difference in the lives of young people.
As a Casual Support Specialist, you will work collaboratively with our care teams to ensure young people receive the environment they deserve to grow.
Our focus is on safety and respect, and we are committed to supporting young people to achieve their goals and build independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist young people to develop life skills and build community networks.
- Support young people to co-regulate emotionally and manage behavioural escalations.
- Domestic duties and supporting young people to learn how to look after themselves.
- Communicate effectively with the care team and report incidents promptly and accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with young people or in a similar support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
