We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist in the deli department.

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for handling various products, including meats and cheeses, and ensuring that our customers receive a high level of service. You will work closely with our team to deliver a consistent and fresh customer experience, focusing on behind-the-glass 'in the deli' area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and store products, including meats and cheeses, to ensure they remain fresh and of high quality
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and organized store environment
