We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Sunshine Plaza for the busy Christmas period. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing world-class customer service and contributing to the success of T2 Tea.

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service experience to every customer, ensuring that they feel valued and appreciated.
  • Continually expanding your knowledge of products and becoming a tea and brewing expert, enabling you to make informed recommendations to customers.
  • Managing high volumes of stock and undertaking visual merchandising to provided standards, ensuring that our stores always look their best.
  • Taking care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following T2 safety policies and procedures.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to:

  • Have a strong focus on customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Have strong communication skills and be able to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience would be advantageous, but not essential.
