About the Role

We are seeking experienced Care Workers to join our team in Hornsby, providing high-quality in-home care services to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure our customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
  • Support customers with meal preparation and shopping, promoting independence and nutrition.
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, with compassion and dignity.
  • Offer respite and emotional support, helping our customers and their families cope with life's challenges.
  • Transport customers to appointments, fostering social connections and community engagement.
  • Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, including those with dementia, with patience and understanding.
