Renewal Sales Leadership Opportunity

The Customer Experience Renewals team is one of Cisco's fastest growing customer engagement teams and a talent engine for CX and GTM.

As a leader, you will drive team disciplines, performance, and performance insights leading to continuous improvement. You will serve as liaison to the Security Business Unit regarding renewal performance, strategy development, and GTM models.

  • Hire, develop, and retain top renewal-sales talent.
  • Drive team performance and performance insights.
  • Provide mentorship and expertise in account management within territories.
  • Lead daily activities of renewal sales professionals, including mentoring, training, and problem-solving.
  • Run forecasting activities, preparing internal reports for management.
  • Align with organizational objectives to develop action plans for revenue growth and profitability.
  • Develop territories and assist in quota assignment.
  • Own employee career development.
  • Coordinate interactions between departments and customers.
  • Define and implement business processes, including operational guidelines.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding Renewal sales.
  • Plan and coordinate special projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 10-15+ years' experience in related roles or industry experience.
  • Software Renewals or Sales background with strong competency in outlined responsibilities.
  • Practical experience driving business results using tools like Salesforce.com.
  • Understanding of Cisco's Security portfolio and value proposition is strongly preferred.
