Role Overview

We seek a Senior Asset Optimization Specialist to lead analysis and reporting related to asset management within our portfolio of hyperscale data centres.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with 7+ years of experience in property analysis, asset management or similar roles. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to converse with all levels of staff from senior management to technical staff.

  • Lead operational analysis and reporting related to the management of assets within our portfolio of hyperscale data centres.
  • Analyse and consolidate property and financial data for asset management reports.
  • Provide updates and reports on financial and operating performance of assets.
  • Develop strategic insights and feasibility analysis to support decision-making across the APJ portfolio.
  • Prepare property-related statistics (capex and opex cost analysis, cash flow analysis).
  • Identify opportunities to enhance portfolio returns and cost reduction.
  • Enhance business processes related to financial performance and analysis of owned assets.
  • Oversee research initiatives and provide strategic insights to guide Operations teams and senior leadership.
