As a vital member of our engineering team, you will play a key role in defining and implementing maintenance strategies across our plant assets and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Engineering Manager to develop and implement routine and corrective maintenance plans
  • Work autonomously, taking ownership of your work while leveraging the support of experienced engineers, reliability experts, and trade technicians
  • Apply planned preventive maintenance principles to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in heavy engineering works
  • Proven experience in Maintenance Planning, with a focus on leadership and teamwork
  • Leadership skills and ability to drive results-oriented teams
  • Strong understanding of large plant and equipment maintenance
  • Eligibility to obtain a Maritime Security Identification Card
  • Electrical Engineering degree from an accredited institution
