Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Queensland. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out installation, emergency repair, preventive maintenance, and performing retrofits and upgrades on our surgical equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out new equipment installations in consultation with the customer and sales force.
- Perform Repairs, Planned Maintenance, and submit documentation on time with attention to detail and proper consultation with the customer.
- Provide sales and marketing colleagues with support when required.
- Actively promote and sell our Service Agreements.
- Understand and adhere to all quality and ISO requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of Certificate 3 in an Electronic related field. Ideally hold Biomedical Engineering qualifications.
- Minimum of 3 years field experience in a customer-facing service environment.
- Advanced PC literacy.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience with electronic test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, laser/energy meters, pressure and vacuum meters).
- High level of commitment to detail and accuracy.
- Customer management skills.
- Laser license and restricted electrical license - highly desired.
