Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Queensland. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing Alcon surgical equipment, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install new equipment and perform repairs, maintenance, and retrofits on Alcon surgical equipment.
  • Maximize customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Negotiate service agreements to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide support and promote Alcon Service Agreements.
  • Ensure adherence to quality and ISO requirements.
Requirements
  • Certificate 3 in an Electronic related field or Biomedical Engineering qualifications.
  • Minimum 3 years of field experience in a customer-facing service environment from the med-tech industry.
  • Experience with ophthalmic equipment highly desirable.
  • Advanced PC literacy and computer networking skills.
  • Valid driver's license and experience with electronic test equipment.
  • High level of commitment to detail and accuracy, customer management skills, and laser license.
