Senior Village Manager Opportunity

We are excited to partner with a leading Retirement Living provider in Australia to appoint a skilled Senior Village Manager. This role offers the opportunity to lead a boutique-sized community of 55 Independent Living Units, focusing on leadership and connection with residents.

  • Oversee daily operations, resident engagement, compliance, and service delivery
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and overall performance of the village
  • Lead with warmth, professionalism, and purpose in a small, high-quality setting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community
  • Handle end-to-end sales enquiries to support occupancy targets
About the Role:
  • A minimum of three years' experience as a Village or Operations Manager within Retirement Living or Aged Care
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and compliance expertise
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, reporting, and small team operations
  • Sales and enquiry management experience within a B2C or property-based environment
