Senior IT Support Specialist

About the Role

This role involves providing expert system support and guidance for a wide range of clients in Microsoft environments.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver advanced system admin support aligned to service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Lead or contribute to architecture, design, and technical solution proposals
  • Onboard customers and research new technologies to enhance service delivery
  • Engage in pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and evaluations
  • Identify infrastructure risks and develop strategies for improvement
  • Participate in on-call or after-hours support rotations
Requirements
  • Expert-level Windows Server/Desktop administration in enterprise environments
  • Strong experience with VMWare and virtualized server management
  • Proficient in scripting and automation using PowerShell or VBScript
  • Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft MECM, MSI/MSIX, and OS deployment
  • Familiarity with application control tools such as Windows Defender Application Control
