AI Implementation Specialist

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our Australian team as an AI Implementation Specialist.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a SWAT team driving Lorikeet's growth by working directly with customers. As an AI Implementation Specialist, you will serve as a trusted advisor, problem solver, and AI guide, helping customers successfully adopt and integrate Lorikeet's platform into their business.

You'll work closely with customers to understand their workflows and configure Lorikeet's tools to fit their needs. You'll also identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions beyond traditional customer support and collaborate with our product team to represent customer needs, provide feedback, and influence product strategy.

The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in a client-facing role such as management consulting, product management, or a related field. They should be a strong project leader, comfortable taking ownership, and able to explain technical concepts in a simple, clear way.
