Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an AI Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building the strategic foundation of our post-sales organization and help design operational frameworks, playbooks, and methodologies that will scale our customer success function.

You will serve as both a strategic advisor to enterprise customers and an organizational builder internally. This is an opportunity to develop expertise in AI and automation while building the organizational capabilities that will define how companies adopt transformative AI solutions.

The successful candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in a client-facing role such as management consulting, product management, or a related field. You should be a strong project leader, organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of both customer outcomes and internal initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience building and managing relationships with customers or external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in process design or organizational building
  • Strong project leadership skills, including ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
