Commercial Sales Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Administrator to join our team, supporting our Commercial Team and helping us achieve our goals.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual who can work autonomously and juggle multiple projects. You will be the point of contact for status updates of claims with Client Services.

The successful candidate will have experience in a Sales Administrator/Coordinator role within the retail industry and a demonstrated ability in learning a new BPM/Claims payment system.

About the Job:
  • Process claims in our BPM system (Promax) and provide proof through scan data to verify the retailer's claim and adhere to internal audit standards
  • Maintenance of the Pending claims File - Liaise with sales & Client Services team for timely claims payment and management
  • Provide prompt weekly updates to sales teams on Outstanding Claims to ensure all claims are actioned in a timely manner
  • Attend Unresolved Claims Meeting on a Monthly basis to provide status on unpaid claims with an ETA update
  • Support sales team with entering full year promotional plans into Promax as part of annual planning cycle
  • Ad-hoc BPM system updates as required to support the sales team
Your Responsibilities:
  • Support the Commercial team by processing claims in our BPM system (Promax)
  • Liaise with sales & Client Services team for timely claims payment and management
  • Provide prompt weekly updates to sales teams on Outstanding Claims
  • Attend Unresolved Claims Meeting on a Monthly basis
  • Support sales team with entering full year promotional plans into Promax
  • Update the BPM system as required
About You:
  • You have 2+ years' experience in a Sales Administrator/Coordinator role within the retail industry
  • You have a demonstrated ability in learning a new BPM/Claims payment system
  • You have strong proficiency in MS Office programs - excel and Outlook software for communication with stakeholders
  • You have GREAT attention to detail
  • You are able to work autonomously and juggle multiple projects
  • You are an excellent communicator and can engage and deal with various internal and external stakeholders
