We are a leading corporate practice with extensive experience advising boards of directors, commercial and legal teams on friendly and hostile transactions M&A (both public and private), Private Equity, Capital Markets and Corporate Advisory.

This role offers the opportunity to work across Public and/or Private M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Private Equity and Corporate Advisory for domestic and international clients.
