Job Title: Senior Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Corporate Lawyer to provide high-level strategic legal advice. This includes corporate governance, contracts, international transactions, regulatory compliance, and commercial law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on corporate governance, contracts, and international transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, particularly in areas such as data protection, employment law, and health and safety.
  • Manage a team of lawyers to deliver high-quality legal services.

Requirements:

  • LL.B or equivalent qualification in law.
  • Post-graduate degree in law or business would be advantageous.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in-house.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
