Corporate Lawyer Specialist

The role of a Corporate Lawyer Specialist is to provide high-quality legal advice on corporate matters, including contractual, intellectual property and employment issues.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver strategic, risk-based legal advice on complex corporate issues.
- Contribute to developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared business objectives.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Admission to practice law and eligibility to hold a Victorian practising certificate.
- Previous experience in providing technical legal advice.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Highly developed negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
