As the firm continues to expand, they are looking for an experienced Corporate / M&A Lawyer who is passionate about leadership, client development, and delivering strategic legal solutions.
About the Role This is a unique opportunity to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the national team.
You'll manage a variety of corporate and transactional matters, provide expert legal advice to clients, and play an integral role in business development.
Key Responsibilities Handle a broad range of corporate / M&A transactions with minimal supervision.
Advise clients on commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and construction contracts.
Work closely with the Principal Lawyer to support strategic firm growth.
Develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Guide and mentor junior lawyers, fostering professional development.
About You At least 4 years PAE/PQE in Corporate Law with strong M&A experience.
Skilled in drafting and negotiating commercial and construction contracts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
