Lane Cove Gymnastics Club has established a vibrant cafe situated adjacent to our gym, poised to become an exceptional addition to the club's amenities.

We are seeking an experienced cafe leader who can leverage their expertise in managing every aspect of a successful cafe. As we begin to build a client base from scratch, this role presents an incredible opportunity for someone passionate about driving business growth and building strong relationships with families attending our club and local businesses.

A well-designed menu is in place, and we expect the food to be prepared to perfection, while the coffee will set a high standard in the industry. To excel in this position, you must possess excellent customer service skills, complaint resolution abilities, and extensive experience in these areas.

Attention to detail and cleanliness are paramount, along with a thorough understanding of health and safety protocols, food handling, and preparation procedures. As the cafe grows, you will oversee the hiring, training, and motivation of staff to deliver exceptional quality.
