A highly skilled Cafe Leader is required to spearhead the success of our vibrant city café. As a key member of the leadership team, you will inspire and motivate a dedicated team of baristas and food service staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

About This Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop menus in consultation with chefs and food experts
  • Oversee inventory management, rostering, and staff scheduling
  • Implement and monitor health and safety and food hygiene policies
  • Manage and motivate a team of baristas, food service staff and kitchen team members
  • Create a positive work culture and promote staff well-being
  • Plan and organize special functions and events
  • Source and purchase high-quality food, beverage, and other supplies
Requirements
  • Minimum 1.5 years experience in a similar cafe or restaurant manager role
  • Certificate III in Hospitality or equivalent preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
