We are seeking a highly skilled barista and cafe leader to join our team in Mona Vale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage personnel and ordering processes
  • Support the team during absences or vacancies

A minimum of 3 years' experience as a barista and 1 year in a leadership role is required, preferably in a fast-paced cafe environment. The ideal candidate will be able to commute to or relocate to Mona Vale, NSW.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide their team members. They should also have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and be knowledgeable about coffee.

Our competitive hourly rate is $35.00 - $40.00 per hour, and we offer a bonus structure to recognize high performers.
