**Job Title: Barista/Team Leader**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead and motivate a team of dedicated staff members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance café performance and profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Train and onboard new team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment at all times.
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- A genuine passion for food and beverages, with a keen eye for quality and presentation.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Outstanding customer service abilities, with a focus on creating a positive guest experience.
- Proven organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
