Maintenance Services Officer

The Maintenance Services Officer will be responsible for ensuring all preventative and reactive maintenance, including property service related activities, are performed to a high standard. This includes working within legislative requirements, appropriate time frames, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A trade certificate or equivalent qualification in asset maintenance
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance programs
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service, particularly to older adults
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Current NSW driver's licence
