Asset Management Specialist

Our Asset Management Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep of our properties, providing a safe and comfortable living environment for residents. With expertise in building maintenance management or carpentry, you will bring your experience to a rewarding position.

The ideal candidate will have a trade certificate or equivalent qualification, with experience in asset maintenance. You will be capable of functioning with a high level of autonomy, prioritising work within established policies, guidelines, and procedures.

We are seeking someone who can plan, schedule, coordinate, and complete various asset maintenance programs within a team and work individually with minimal supervision. A demonstrated commitment to customer service and meeting the needs of older people is essential.

Your skills should include basic computer literacy, as well as well-developed communication, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills. A current NSW driver's licence is also required.
