Senior Culinary Team Lead

Requirements

- Previous experience in a banqueting environment is highly regarded.
- Excellent technical knowledge with experience in a variety of cooking techniques and styles.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety principles.
- Food Safety Certificate is essential.
