Executive Chef Position Available

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our kitchen team. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the senior chefs in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior chefs in menu planning and preparation
  • Prepare and cook ingredients according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Monitor food safety and hygiene standards
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an Executive Chef or above in a premium, a-la-carte restaurant
  • European cuisine expertise is essential
  • Solid understanding of management practices in a section
  • Ability to work under pressure during service periods
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
