Job Title: Senior Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced culinary professional to join our team as a Demi Chef.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional cuisine, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with senior chefs to develop and implement menus that showcase creativity and innovation.
  • Lead a team of junior cooks, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Chef de Partie Support: Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain an efficient kitchen environment.
  2. Guest Service: Anticipate and attend to guests' needs to deliver exceptional service.
  3. Daily Priorities: Liaise daily with the Chef de Partie to establish priorities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  4. Kitchen Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen area.
  5. Training and Development: Mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  6. Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and promote a positive team culture.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality cuisine and exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
