We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Culinary Team Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to lead a team of culinary professionals in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in a similar role in a busy restaurant or hotel, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams. They will be able to work efficiently under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Support the Executive Chef in setting up the department and implementing new procedures
  • Assist in curating a unique and exciting menu, sourcing the finest locally sourced produce
  • Manage and train staff, assessing performance and supporting professional development programs
  • Order supplies and exercise stock control and inventory management
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience working in a similar role in a busy restaurant or hotel
  • Ability to build and lead an enthusiastic and collaborative team
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Creative and innovative approach to cooking and menu planning
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and staff
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
