As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies that align with business needs, conducting market research, and managing the full sourcing process.In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify optimal suppliers and develop strong working relationships to drive continuous improvement and performance culture. You will also lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance and high performance of suppliers.To succeed in this position, you will need to have a tertiary qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field, as well as 3-5 years experience in procurement or sourcing. Road transport and logistics experience is preferred.
