About the Role:

This full-time position involves working Monday to Friday with a rotating roster. You will be required to work set hours of 8:00 am – 4:30 pm and 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Some functions may occur after hours, requiring flexibility for extended hours during the week.


Responsibilities:
  • Meeting room setup and reset at the conclusion of meetings
  • Preparing beverages for meetings
  • Daily cleaning and maintenance of coffee machines
  • Assisting with meal preparation and service for clients and partners
  • Kitchenhand duties and cleaning, including packing/unpacking dishwashers
  • Replenishing stock levels and maintaining hygiene standards in the staff kitchenette

About You:

You have experience in hospitality, providing excellent client service daily. Previous experience in professional service firms or corporate catering is highly regarded. You are professionally presented, friendly, flexible, and take pride in your work.


Requirements:
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding professional service
  • Barista experience (highly regarded)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication at all levels
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • A proactive, collaborative team attitude
  • Experience in a professional environment
  • Current Food Safety and NSW RSA certifications
