Customer Experience Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Manager to lead our Front Office team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the Front Office team, ensuring they have the training and tools needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a seamless experience for guests, including prompt and professional service.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, upholding standards and policies.
  • Address guest feedback and complaints in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification in Hotel Administration or Business Administration.
  • Four years' experience in guest service/hotel management, with two years in a leadership capacity.
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
  • Licensing and certifications: Valid Australian Driver's Licence; Current First Aid and CPR certification; Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
