Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner to lead the delivery of high-profile transformation initiatives in our Life business. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders across the front office, risk, quant, and vendor teams to define, prioritize, and deliver requirements that support business growth and operational efficiency.


This is an excellent opportunity to contribute significantly to a market-leading Life business and well-respected Investment firm. You will play a pivotal part in modernizing our front-office investment systems, working closely with stakeholders to drive iterative improvement and ensure successful delivery and operational readiness.


The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Product Owner working on large-scale transformation within an Investment Bank, Investment Manager, or Insurance firm. They will possess a deep understanding of financial products and the trade lifecycle across front, middle, and back-office functions.


They will be able to align technical execution with business strategy, demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and exercise high accountability and autonomy in navigating ambiguity and driving progress.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner working on large-scale transformation within an Investment Bank, Investment Manager, or Insurance firm.
  • Deep understanding of financial products and the trade lifecycle across front, middle, and back-office functions.
  • Strong delivery mindset, with the ability to align technical execution with business strategy.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to bridge business and technical domains.
  • High accountability and autonomy, using sound judgment to navigate ambiguity and drive progress.
