As a crucial member of our project delivery team, you will collaborate closely with project managers to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish.

  • Contract Administration – Interpret construction contracts, manage contract administration processes, maintain documentation, identify and mitigate risks, and apply knowledge of construction law and relevant legislation.
  • Support your PM – Apply solid project management principles, plan/schedule/monitor progress, manage budgets/resources, report on performance, identify and resolve issues.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams & stakeholders, both verbally and through clear and concise documentation.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate commercial risks, to maximize project value.
  • Navigate and manage the CDC / DC / CC / OC process for projects on behalf of the client and the project manager, meeting tight timeframes.
  • Be involved in breaking down the scope of a project; issue requests for tendering and reconcile quotes for the project manager to make an informed decision on who to engage. This includes handling scope of works across all trades and reading drawings including structural and building services.
