Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage construction documents, and maintain project records.
The role involves:
- Providing administrative support to the project team;
- Managing and uploading construction documents to the system;
- Maintaining and organizing project records and revisions;
- Liaising with stakeholders for system access;
- Processing vendor invoices and payment requests;
- Preparing and reviewing construction contracts within company templates;
- Obtaining necessary permits and approvals for projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Commercial Construction Administration;
- Certification in Business Administration or Construction Management preferred;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and construction operating systems;
- Excellent communication skills and customer relations;
- Understanding of timelines and prioritization of requirements;
- Strong organization and time management skills.
