Construction Project Coordinator Job


 


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing construction projects in Melbourne.


 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project logistics and scheduling\
  • Ensure site safety and compliance with regulations\
  • Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to achieve project goals\
  • Monitor and manage project resources\
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to minimize delays and optimize project outcomes\
  • Manage and coordinate project communication and documentation\
  • Ensure quality control and assurance across all project aspects\
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks\
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams\
  • Contribute to the development of project strategies and plans\
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management\\/ul>

 


Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in the construction industry\
  • Strong leadership and communication skills\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team\
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools\
  • Valid Australian work authorization\
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., construction management, engineering)\\/ul>
