About the Role

We are seeking a visionary finance leader to drive our organization's financial sustainability through innovative solution design and system process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • A proactive technical leader in finance, budgeting, forecasting, systems, project management, quality assurance, and risk management.
  • An innovator with proven ability to value-add by driving financial sustainability through solution design, system and process improvement.
  • Ensuring continuous improvement with high attention to detail and accuracy of work.
Essential Criteria
  • Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) qualified with a minimum Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting, Business Finance and MBA.
  • Minimum ten years direct experience in a community service environment that has included successful team leadership.
  • Excellent prioritization, time, and project management ability with strong psychological resilience capacity and calmness when operating in dynamic environments.
