Strategic Director of Educational Excellence

The Strategic Director drives the educational agenda, championing quality service delivery, implementing evidence-based practices, and achieving KPIs related to education.

This role leads quality uplift, embedding exceptional educational practices across the organisation, including designing and delivering professional learning, mentoring teams, leading research partnerships and projects, and contributing to policy development.

Key Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor of Education or similar ACECQA Recognised Qualification
  • Valid Working with Children's Check
  • Driver's Licence
  • Extensive Senior Leadership experience in Early Education and Care
  • Knowledge of Education and Care Services National Regulations and the National Quality Framework (NQF)
  • Contemporary pedagogical knowledge, understanding child development, theoretical foundations, and philosophical approaches within early childhood education
  • Ability to evaluate existing knowledge, analyse data, and formulate strategies to improve performance
  • Leadership and team management skills
