As a seasoned Human Resources professional, you will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience for our diverse client group. You will partner closely with senior leaders on all HR matters, including talent management, performance, employee relations and workforce planning.

You will assist leaders of operational teams to address specific HR challenges and opportunities, while providing expert guidance on employee relations, dispute resolution and conflict management. Your deep understanding of HR processes and best practice will set you up for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders on HR matters, including talent management, performance, employee relations and workforce planning.
  • Assist leaders of operational teams to address specific HR challenges and opportunities.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, dispute resolution and conflict management.

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.

About You:

You are a seasoned Human Resources professional with a strong understanding of employment legislation and proven experience in partnering with leaders at all levels. You will demonstrate exceptional communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated and proven HR partnering experience, experience within heavy industry is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, employee relations and WHS legislation.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or other relevant field, or demonstrable experience within Human Resources.
