The People and Culture Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the organization's HR operations, providing exceptional support across the employee lifecycle and contributing to engagement and process improvement initiatives.
">Key Responsibilities- Provide responsive support for employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and payroll.
- Coordinate onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding activities with precision.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to streamline recruitment processes.
- Maintain data accuracy in HRIS and prepare critical HR-related documents.
- Manage internal HR reporting and compliance documentation with attention to detail.
- Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives that foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain and update HR content, policies, and benefit information to ensure seamless access.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in HR operations or a similar support role.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field (desired).
- Excellent analytical capabilities and high attention to detail.
- Superior communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with confidence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
- A proactive, continuous improvement mindset.
