Job Overview

The People and Culture Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the organization's HR operations, providing exceptional support across the employee lifecycle and contributing to engagement and process improvement initiatives.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Provide responsive support for employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and payroll.
  • Coordinate onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding activities with precision.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Maintain data accuracy in HRIS and prepare critical HR-related documents.
  • Manage internal HR reporting and compliance documentation with attention to detail.
  • Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives that foster a positive work environment.
  • Maintain and update HR content, policies, and benefit information to ensure seamless access.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in HR operations or a similar support role.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field (desired).
  • Excellent analytical capabilities and high attention to detail.
  • Superior communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with confidence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
  • A proactive, continuous improvement mindset.
  • Discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
