Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Front Desk Ambassador to join our team at DAB-Jones Lang LaSalle (NSW) Pty Ltd in Sydney, NSW. Key Responsibilities

* Greet and provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors* Manage events and coordinate meeting room requirements* Maintain access badges and security protocols* Handle incoming calls and manage mail and couriers* Assist with general administrative tasks and support the team as needed* Maintain documentation and perform daily inspections of premises* Build and develop effective client and stakeholder relationships* Ensure site financial operations meet targets and compliance requirements* Implement and maintain operational procedures and best practices* Assist with stock take and replenishment* Manage IT assets and coordinate hardware distribution* Adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment

Benefits and Salary

The estimated salary range for this role is AUD $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also receive a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, superannuation, and professional development opportunities.
