Job Title: Senior Facilities ManagerThe Senior Facilities Manager will lead a team to manage day-to-day client activities for assigned properties, serving as the on-site key point of contact for stakeholders and clients. This role assumes responsibility for site budgets, accounting, maintenance, operations, contract services, purchasing, occupancy services, and helpdesk support.

- Mentor and enable training and development of team members.
- Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure client expectations are met, building effective relationships across multiple levels of the organization.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets.
- Embodies the working culture of the client.
- Ensure vendors deliver services on time and within budget, adhering to client procurement guidelines and Jones Lang LaSalle best practices.
- Plan and manage contracts to ensure professional delivery at optimal costs for the client.
- Monitor contract expirations and initiate re-procurement as needed.
- Continuously assess contracts to deliver best value to the client.
- Work to ensure financial operations meet or exceed targets and control requirements, including adherence to the Jones Lang LaSalle Code of Ethics.
- Collaborate with the client's finance team to ensure financial processes are followed.
- This role has a duty of care to work safely, protecting health and safety, and complying with health and safety guidelines, policies, and rules.
- Closely work with the client EHS representative to ensure requirements onsite are met.
- Recommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement Industry Best Practice operations.
- Implement building procedures and performance measures, ensuring they are maintained at all times.
- Ensure Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met.
- Review existing operations regularly to reduce costs and improve operational standards.
- Provide 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is required.
- Oversee the team's support for MAC & update space management information on a regular basis.
- Implement and maintain the Operational Risk Management process.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Establish escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures.
- Adhere to Jones Lang LaSalle's business conduct by ensuring compliance with guidelines, procedures, and strategies.
- Assist in developing guidelines and strategies to ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle's business conduct.

Compensation Package:Estimated salary range $100,000-$120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location, plus additional benefits and incentives. Salary details may vary based on individual qualifications and experience.
