We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Employment Consultant. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to empower individuals to achieve sustainable employment.

This position requires providing tailored guidance/coaching, job placement and ongoing support to clients. You will also have opportunities to network within the local community and contribute to community outcomes through creating meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities.

  • Bilingual or multilingual, Arabic speaker preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in employment services, retail, customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment will be beneficial
  • Proven success working within target driven environments is critical

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, experience in coaching, mentoring, and case management within employment services or a similar field. Problem-solving and goal-setting abilities are key, alongside a solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways.

Organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks will also be important. Adaptability and resilience will assist you to navigate the diverse needs of job seekers and employers alike.
